房地产金融理学硕士课程由房地产与规划系和 ICMA 中心联合设计和提供，因此结合了亨利商学院两个领先单位的资源和专业知识。该课程是商学院中唯一由金融系直接投入（如核心金融模块、交易室和数据库）设计和提供的房地产金融课程。
