有效的法律框架和机构对于解决不平等、减轻贫困和创造可持续的环境至关重要。法律与发展的专门化为研究发展的法制化以及国际和区域行动者在法律改革项目中所起作用的主题提供了选择。也提供了在发展的背景下对国际法和“法治”的调查和分析。课程包含了实践、历史、批判、应用和理论的观点。这个项目是理想的那些工作在国际发展从政府、非政府、非营利性的背景,和那些寻求在这些地区工作或在更广泛的国际组织,以及对那些在该地区进行专业研究,准备一个研究学位。
