硕士专业介绍
中国法LLM解决了香港和国际上对中华人民共和国法律和法规的更全面理解的日益增长的需要。通过理论、实践和政策导向的学习，使学生能够在中国充满活力的社会、经济和政治背景下欣赏现代中国的法律制度。
本课程的设计既适用于正式的法律培训，也包括寻求获得中国法律专业资格证书的学生/从业人员，以及相关领域的专业/研究人员（如经济、金融、社会学、政治学、商业），他们的中国相关业务将通过对中国法律的了解和见解得到加强。
根据中国法律专家的专业知识，该学院是世界上为数不多的在没有意识形态限制的学术环境下，在中国法律中提供教授LLM课程的法学院之一。学生可以利用在学院和大学层面上大量与中国相关的学术和专业机会/资源，包括有机会在著名的大陆法律学校选修一些课程。
