硕士专业介绍
本专业使学生能够接触到影响法规遵循任务的法律、法规、行业实践、政策和其他考虑因素。合规和监管领域继续经历重大发展和变化，以应对越来越多的法律和监管要求，以及对违反这些规定的日益严重的后果-影响到金融服务行业的商业运作方式。
学生有机会研究当前影响金融服务行业各个领域的问题，如金融和证券法、财富管理、保险、洗钱等，以及在国际环境和中国证券法律等方面获得更广泛的视角。本专业通过培养学生对日益复杂的领域的理解和专业知识，以及对可能影响未来法规遵循和监管的商业、政策、技术和其他因素的认识，帮助学生在未来的竞争中取得优势。
